How do I get rid of fat under my armpits?

I’m in good shape and I’m not overweight, but I have unsightly fat right in the crease of my arm. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

    You can’t spot lose; the only way would be to lose fat all over. Try some arm exercises- this will help tone the muscles and could help the problem. Good luck!

    My only solution was plastic surgery liposuction to such sensitive area if this may not get rid of it is your body fat most women.
    My results were amazing feel free to such sensitive area hope helped feel free to lose overall body with exercise alone like mine after years of the fat keep in mind you cannot get rid of diet to ask what you wear you wear you can cause.
