How can I get rid of fat on my love handles and lower back?

I’ve never been able to get rid of it! I’m not really over weight and have a nice structure otherwise exept for that area. I’m not really in Bad shape either. I’ve beat people in Basketball in really good shape with v shaped bodies and still had that little bit of fat. In fat people will tell me I’m too skinny and I’ll still have fat there.
You guys are not reading what I wrote. I don’t need to really lose weight, and I said my lower back and love handles towards the lower back and not the stomach.

Im a 14 year old guy, and i am terrified of becoming overweight. I eat a lot (im a teenager, what do you expect?) and i know it isnt healthy. I just need some tips and ideas to help me get healthy…and maybe tips on how to tighten my stomach(abs!!)and tighten up my chest. im not fat…im more average-y. Im about 6 feet tall and i weigh approx. 165 pounds.
is this overweight? at risk? average?
