Help! Having a hard time getting rid of the fat in this part of my body. Do you guys know any exercises?

I lost 45 pounds in 1 year, it’s not that fast and I know it’s not extra skin. What is the proper name for this part of fat in your stomach area and do you know any exercises that works effectively? Please don’t tell me they’re love handles, muffin tops, or anything else in that category. Those are just nicknames and I can’t go looking for love handle/muffin tops workouts.
